校园 Climate Reporting
Carroll University is committed to cultivating and sustaining a safe, 欢迎, and inclusive living and learning environment for every member of our campus community. The 校园 Climate Response Protocol advances this commitment by providing a mechanism by which individuals may report incidents of real or perceived bias, 排除, or inequity and seek support through campus resources in addressing those concerns.

Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP)
This program recruits high school, 本科, and graduate students from disadvantaged backgrounds into a comprehensive allied health and physician assistant education pipeline, retain them through graduation, and prepare them for primary care careers in underserved communities.

激励计划
The 激励计划 is for students from partner organizations who are uniquely preparing students for college. INSPIRE Scholars receive individualized support, academic support, and sociocultural programming designed to promote their access, 保留, graduation from college and leadership in their communities. This program is open to 40 incoming students each year.

Pioneer Bridge Program
Pioneer Bridge high school to college orientation program for first generation and underrepresented students.
