A true Pioneer, 威尼斯游戏大厅 is Wisconsin’s first, four-year institution of higher learning. Our private university is grounded in the liberal 艺术s tradition and is a leader in the health sciences. 历史

威尼斯游戏大厅, often called Wisconsin's pioneer college, is the first four-year institution of higher education in the state. We trace our history all the way back to the founding of Prairieville Academy in 1841. The university was ch艺术ered by the Wisconsin Territorial Legislature on January 31, 1846—two years before Wisconsin became a state.
